c) Visa registration (“Registro de visa“);

e) Duplicate of visa registration (“Duplicado de registro de visa”);

After you select the process, you will read what documents you will need to bring that day and if there are any costs involved:

4. Select the day and time

If there are slots available you will be able to see a calendar like the one below. You must click on the time slot in green that suits you the best:

5. Receipt

If you were able to select a time slot and confirmed the appointment, you will be directed to a new tab in which you will see a receipt like the one below:

We strongly suggest you to click on “Imprimir” and save a copy of this receipt as a PDF file or to print it right away. We know cases where the receipt is never delivered by e-mail.

Remember that you need to carry a printed copy of the receipt the day of the appointment.

What happens if you don't find slots available?

With this new version of the system, in case you don’t find time slots available, you will be able to choose to go into a waiting list (“you will be given this alternative when all the time slots are already booked”).
What this means is that as soon as a time slot is available it will be given to the people on the list by order of entry (the date in which you decided to go into the waiting list) and notified by e-mail.

Remember that you need to carry a printed copy of the receipt the day of the appointment.

You can get out of the waiting list if you choose to, by clicking on “Eliminarme de lista de espera“:

The day of the appointment

The day of the appointment you must carry a printed copy of the receipt, and be there 5 minutes earlier.
The access to the offices are made by blocks, meaning that if you have an appointment for 09:00 am, you and all the people that have an appointment between 09:00 and 10:00 am, will be able to enter to the building starting from 08:55 am.
You won’t be able to enter if you don’t have an appointment.
